With wooded trails, scenic country vistas, and stunning Lake Huron, Bayfield is a beautiful place to explore no matter the season. Bring your hiking boots and plan a trip during leaf-peeping season for a display of color. Several weeks later, the snow starts to fall and guests can enjoy the quiet of winter and crunch through the snow in evergreen forests or try out the snowshoe trails on the river flats. Or go skating at DarkHorse Winery.
You’re across the road from the White Squirrel Golf Club with winter hiking trails and winter golf for those die-hard links lovers. Explore downtown Bayfield, just two minutes away, browsing the unique boutiques and stopping for a hot coffee at one of the quaint cafes. We’re happy to suggest our favorite local spas, wineries and breweries, includingDark Horse Estate Winery with a tasting room as well as an outdoor skating rink. If you prefer hops over vines, Bayfield River Road Brewing has an outdoor tasting room to enjoy the craft brews.

All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections, cameras at entrance and rear of property)
Any house rules violation is grounds for immediate termination of your stay without refund
Max occupancy at all times is 12 violation will result in removal without refund. Max 2 well behaved dogs are allowed but must sign separate pet addendum – violation will result in removal without refund.
This property rents by the week in Summer. Weekly rentals run from Friday to Friday
