Covid 19 Updates to Cancellation Policy

It’s so hard to make plans right now with travel limitations. In response, I’ve put a number of precautionary measures in place to protect you our guest, owners and staff. Hopefully this means you can book with confidence knowing you have time to cancel or change travel dates if need be.

Precautionary Measures

The NEW cancellation Policy for 2020:

your deposit will be refunded as follows:

  • 100% less $50 cancellation fee, if cancelled up to 30 days prior to the Check-in Date
  • 50% less $50 cancellation fee, if cancelled up to 14 days prior to the Check-in Date **
  • $0 if cancelled within 14 days of Check-In

**However, if I am able to re-book your dates, you will receive your deposit (less $50 cancellation fee).

Check-In/Check-Out: All of our cottages utilize remote check-in, which means you will go directly to the home without ever visiting any office beforehand.

Preparing For Your Arrival:

We have also implemented enhanced cleaning procedures. Housekeeping teams are taking extra precautions to prevent cross contamination with the use of gloves and changing cloths between rooms. They will be using specific disinfectants to fight the possibility of spreading germs. Especially focusing their attention on high touch areas such as light switches and doorknobs.

Housekeepers will be following the Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines and recommendations. Also we will use the Health Canada and EPA’s recommended anti-microbial products.
