Kevin supports Cottage Stays behind the scenes, helping ensure everything runs smoothly and guests have a seamless experience. His operational support helps keep the many details of each stay moving in the right direction, contributing to the thoughtful, welcoming experience that Cottage Stays strives to create for every guest.
Shauna leads our guest services team, making sure every guest feels welcomed, supported, and well cared for throughout their Cottage Stays experience. She helps keep guest communication and service running smoothly, ensuring questions are answered, details are handled, and every stay feels as seamless and memorable as possible.
Sarah elevates our housekeeping team and ensures every cottage feels instantly cozy and welcoming (Gezellig!). She manages quality control inspections, tops up the essential details, and handles quick tech or maintenance fixes while setting the stage for the perfect family vacation along the Lake Huron coast.
Brenda directs the entire housekeeping department and changeovers, leading by example as Head of Changeovers while supporting the team. She also manages training and professional development, ensuring everyone stays engaged and skilled.
Kevin supports Cottage Stays behind the scenes, helping ensure everything runs smoothly and guests have a seamless experience. His operational support helps keep the many details of each stay moving in the right direction, contributing to the thoughtful, welcoming experience that Cottage Stays strives to create for every guest.
Libby spends her summer capturing the best of the Lake Huron coast, from stunning cottage views to local ice cream spots. She turns professional footage into engaging clips, writes beachy blogs, and designs campaigns to boost our online presence.
McKenna and Stephen handle 95% of all cottage laundry—50–100 loads a week—and treat every wine spill or sunscreen smear as a challenge to conquer. They also keep hundreds of sheets, towels, and bathmats organized, pristine, and ready for action.
Susan keeps the financial gears of CottageStays turning smoothly behind the scenes, managing owner statements, housekeeper timesheets, spreadsheets, and QuickBooks while handling critical administrative details so the team can focus on making cottage memories happen.
