Inside, the home is beautifully appointed and offers plenty of space for everyone. The large open kitchen has plenty of prep space and storage with everything you would need to prepare your family favorites. The farmhouse table seats 8, and the live-edge breakfast bar seats 3 more.
The main floor living room is bright and open, perfect for the family to connect. The lower level Game room is great for cuddling up and watching movies on the SmartTVs, and there’s a poker table, ping pong table, air hockey and basketball for extra fun.

NOTE: Lake access is steps away on Tuyll street. When winter descends upon Lake Huron, it transforms into a breathtaking wonderland of ice and snow. The pristine, white landscape is a sight to behold, with snow-covered trees and a tranquil, hushed atmosphere. The usual sounds of the lake are replaced by a serene quiet. Yet, within this hush, nature’s intricate beauty shines through with frosty patterns, wildlife tracks, and distant winter bird calls.

All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25, photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Max occupancy at all times is 10, violation will result in removal without refund. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (Including noise, temp & wifi connections. May have outdoor camera for security)
Max 2 pets are allowed but must sign pet addendum
