All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25, photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Max occupancy at all times is 10 (8 adults) violation will result in removal without refund. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (Including noise, temp & wifi connections. May have outdoor camera for security)
Max 1 large or 2 small dogs are allowed but must sign pet addendum
Parking is limited to 3 vehicles.
