Modern 3 bedroom bungalow cottage with 4-piece bathroom, large open concept kitchen with breakfast bar, spacious living room with dining area which leads out to the back deck, yard. Living room boasts a beautiful wood fireplace, Smart TV. Kitchen has everything you need to create your favorite dishes; cookware, utensils, small appliances and a fabulous new BBQ on back deck.

Lake access is steps away on Tuyll street. When winter descends upon Lake Huron, it transforms into a breathtaking wonderland of ice and snow. The pristine, white landscape is a sight to behold, with snow-covered trees and a tranquil, hushed atmosphere. The usual sounds of the lake are replaced by a serene quiet. Yet, within this hush, nature’s intricate beauty shines through with frosty patterns, wildlife tracks, and distant winter bird calls.

All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Max occupancy at all times is 6 violation will result in removal without refund. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (Including noise, temp & wifi connections. May have outdoor camera for security)
Max 1 well behaved dog is allowed but must sign pet addendum
Parking is limited to 3 vehicles.
