There is a living room with a play area for the younger ones, and a downstairs games room with a TV for when dinner winds down and someone suggests one more round.

You can spend an entire afternoon out there — ribs going low and slow, a cold drink in hand, watching Bayfield go by. Out back is a completely different scene: a private backyard, a fire pit, and room for a lawn game. The kind of evening that keeps going long after the sun goes down.
Parking is available off two streets — so four cars and a full group of ten arrives without a second thought. In Bayfield village, that is not something you take for granted.

Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections) Has outside front driveway camera. Max occupancy at all times is 10, violation will result in removal without refund.
Max 2 Dogs Allowed but must sign separate pet addendum – violation will result in removal without refund.
