The other two bedrooms are on the upper level and have queen-size beds.
There is a powder room on the main floor and a 3-piece bathroom on the upper level.

No Pets Allowed
All guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo ID including names and ages of all gusts that will occupy the property. The primary renter must be over 25 and photo ID is required. Only those occupants listed on the rental agreement are allowed to occupy the property. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Maximum occupancy at all times is 6. A violation will result in removal without a refund. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (Including noise, temp & wifi connections. May have outdoor camera for security)
Parking is limited to 3 vehicles.
