Here are just a few of the outdoor highlights: a spacious deck to soak up the sun, a cozy firepit for evening gatherings, and a comfortable outdoor living room to relax and take in the sights and sounds. Don’t forget to fire up the propane BBQ for a delicious meal at the iron dining table. Plus, you’ll enjoy the privacy of this lot, which backs onto a protected forested area in the charming village.
NOTE: Lake access is a few minutes walk on Tuyll street.The lakebed can be sandy or stoney depending on what the lake gives you that day. But it sure is fun to try to find the ever changing sandbars. Generally you will find sand 3ft out. It’s fun to go stone collecting – Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it’s not weedy or slimy at all.

All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25, photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Max occupancy at all times is 8, violation will result in removal without refund. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (Including noise, temp & wifi connections. May have outdoor camera for security)
Max 1 well behaved dog is allowed but must sign pet addendum
Parking is limited to 4 vehicles.
