INSIDE
Sunset Shores has the easy, open feel of a place built for groups. The main living area stretches under a cathedral ceiling — light, airy, and big enough that six people never feel like they're on top of each other. Pull up a seat at the dining table, settle into the living room, or claim your spot on the front deck with a drink while someone fires up the grill right behind you.
The kitchen is stocked — cookware, a blender for morning smoothies or evening something-stronger, and everything you need to actually cook. Or don't. You're a block and a half from some of the best patios on the strip.
NOTE: no dishwasher or microwave
Each of the four bedrooms is private, so everyone has a door to close — two queens, a double, and a twin. One bathroom, fully equipped with a shower and tub combo. It's a summer cottage for a crew that actually wants to sleep.
OUTSIDE
Out front, the conversation set on the deck is where the night usually ends up — good chairs, room for the whole crew, and someone always volunteering to man the grill. Out back, the private fenced yard has a dining table for the quieter moments: the morning coffee, the late-night debrief, the kind of conversation that happens when the music finally goes down.
NOTE: no firepit
Grand Bend's Main Strip is a block and a half away — patios spilling onto the sidewalk, shops worth wandering, and an energy that only shows up for a few months a year. The beach is four blocks. The Growling Gator for dinner. Archie's for the t-shirt. And if you want a different pace for a morning, Pinery Provincial Park is a short drive — the market, the trails, and a stretch of nature that makes the rest of the trip feel even better by contrast.

Note: All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25, photo id is required – Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections) Has front door outside camera. Max occupancy at all times is 6, violation will result in removal without refund.
