When the weather invites you indoors, the living room is a cozy retreat. Plush leather couches are perfect for cuddling up on rainy days, and the gas fireplace and smart TV offer the perfect setup for movie nights or quiet afternoons. Central air conditioning keeps the space comfortable no matter the season.
There’s even a ping pong table in the garage — a favorite spot for some friendly family competition.

NOTE: Approx. 80 stairs down to the beach. The lakebed can be sandy or stoney depending on what the lake gives you that day. But it sure is fun to try to find the ever changing sandbars. Generally you will find sand 3ft out. It’s fun to go stone collecting – Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it’s not weedy or slimy at all.

All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25, photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Max occupancy at all times is 8, violation will result in removal without refund. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections)
Max 1 Small Non-Shedding Dog is allowed but must sign pet addendum
