As owners ourselves, we know that you want guests to take care of your property! We have relationships with our guests and take pride in helping them choose the perfect cottage for their needs. We communicate by text, email and phone during their stay and will even stop by if we don't hear from them. We also send a personalized guide book with information about your cottage. We pride ourselves in our guest relationships and number of repeat bookings.
The screening process involves checking the identity of the potential guest, verifying that they are at least 25 yrs old by providing government issued photo id, a selfie and we look at their social media. They must provide the names of all their invitees.. Only those names are allowed to occupy the property. If they are having guests they must give me their names as well. This way I can make sure the # of occupants does not exceed the max allowed

We have an army of Dependable local housekeepers. I LOVE my housekeepers and I pay them well. Each housekeeper is different with different skills and are trained using VRHP standards (Vacation Rental housekeeping Professionals). But more than cleaning....they are taught to make your cottage "Gezellig" so guests arrive to a clean smelling cottage that feels warm/friendly/comfortable creating an atmosphere in which guests connect with old friends and loved ones
