We keep our cleaning fees low by giving you the option to bring your own linens—or, for $20+hst/person. you can rent ours! This includes sheets, pillowcases, bathroom towels, and more, all freshly laundered and ready for you. (Just remember to bring your own beach towels!)
You are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections) May have camera outside of front door. Max occupancy at all times is 10, violation will result in removal without refund.
Max 2 Dogs Allowed but must sign separate pet addendum – violation will result in removal without refund.
Parking is limited to 4 vehicles

Wander downtown and find your new favorite cafe, and be sure to save a day to explore Bayfield's wineries and breweries! Just a few minutes away, you can enjoy an amazing wine tasting experience at Hessenland Inn & Schatz Winery..
Visit during the off-season to catch favorite annual events like VetteFest or for a girl's getaway weekend—we're happy to suggest our favorite local spas, wineries and breweries, shops, and yoga classes.
With wooded trails, scenic country vistas, and stunning Lake Huron, Bayfield is a beautiful place to explore no matter the season. Bring your hiking boots and plan a trip during leaf-peeping season for a display of color, or come enjoy the quiet of winter and crunch through the snow in evergreen forests.
