Cooking is a joy in the newly renovated fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. And dishwasher is a bonus
Family Room great for games or movie night! SMARTTV so you can login to your own Netflix/PrimeVideo/Disney account and cuddle up together in front of the gas fireplace.
There is a window air conditioner to help the heat – but this is NOT central air conditioning

Out back you’ll appreciate the huge yard for games including bean bag toss and horseshoes.
And enjoy the hammmock for those treasured holiday naps under the trees! Personally I love the side deck where I can chat the afternoon away.

NOTE: Approx 80 stairs to the beach – and there is loads of beach here! The lakebed can be sandy or stoney depending on what the lake gives you that day. But it sure is fun to try to find the ever changing sandbars. Generally you will find sand 3ft out. It’s fun to go stone collecting – Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it’s not weedy or slimy at all.

Summer Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday
All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25, photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Max occupancy at all times is 6 violation will result in removal without refund. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (Including noise, temp & wifi connections. May have outdoor camera for security)
Max 1 well behaved dog is allowed but must sign pet addendum
Parking is limited to 3 vehicles.
