I love the oddly shaped lot with shady and sunny areas to play in. There’s a large deck out back with nice dining space, Propane BBQ and firepit to enjoy smores!
NOTE: There are approx 80 steps to the lower sunset deck – due to shoreline erosion there will not be any access to the beach here however, there is a public access around the corner.

Everyone will gather in the GreatRoom to play games, help make breakfast, tell tall tales in front of the fireplace! Lots of seating space so all can congregate.
Fully equipped open concept kitchen is awesome. Has everything you need to create your family’s favorite meals. And everyone can help as it’s wide open LOL. 4 can dine on the table and seating for 3 more on the island.
Leather seating in the living area and a large screen TV for rainy nights when it’s time for popcorn and a movie! There is a DVD Player and satellite TV included
Relax on the back deck, share your favorite cottage drinks while searing a steak! Propane BBQ and seating for 6 at the outdoor table.
There is a large yard great for playing games all afternoon. And at night enjoy the firepit as you share ghost stories and smore’s under the stars at night.

All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property.
Weekly rentals run from Friday to Friday
Linens are available for $17/per person This included TeaTowels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels.
Guests are required to remove Garbage & Recycling at the end of their stay. If you would rather not, please let us know and we can remove it all for $15 (this can be deducted from security deposit).
Guests are expected to clean the property before checking out – similar to how you entered it. If you are busy and would rather not sweep/mop, clean bathrooms etc. please let us know. Full cleaning fee is $75 IF you do not want to do it.
