Our cottage boasts an abundance of natural light, creating a bright and welcoming ambiance. The kitchen features modern appliances and a large island, perfect for preparing meals and gathering around. In the living room, you’ll find a comfy couch and a large smart TV, ideal for relaxing evenings in. The cozy dining area, with seating for 4, is perfect for sharing meals or enjoying a game night together.
The outdoor space is where you’ll want to spend all your time. Our cottage features a large wrap-around deck with several seating areas, perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a good book. You’ll find an outdoor dining area with a large umbrella and a propane BBQ for grilling up your favorite dishes. The palm plants add a tropical vibe, creating a relaxing oasis. For ultimate relaxation, unwind in the hot tub, which accommodates up to 4 people.
The rooftop patio offers stunning views of the lake and features a propane fire table and additional seating, making it the perfect spot for cozy evenings under the stars.
In the backyard, you’ll find a wood fire ring, ideal for roasting marshmallows, as well as games like ring toss and ladderball for some outdoor fun. And if you’re ready to hit the beach, Lake Huron is just a short walk down the street, providing easy access to swimming and water activities.
Lake access is 10 minute walk from the cottage-but no stairs! The shoreline changes quite rapidly – it can be sandy or it can be gravelly and that could change in 1 day! There are no weeds and it’s fun to find the ever changing sandbars.
The cottage features a premier bedroom with a king-size bed, offering luxurious comfort for a restful night’s sleep.
Bedroom 2 is equipped with a queen-size bed, perfect for additional guests or family members.
The modern bathroom features a 4-piece setup, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests.

North of Goderich near the community of Kingsbridge you will find lots to do. Go for a round of golf, pickup some fresh bread at Red Burdan Cat Bakery, or head to the farmers market in Goderich, take the kids for ice cream and mini golf at the Pinery Market. Or go for a tour of a local winery or local coffee roastery! If your more adventurous, take a boat tour or aerial tour – there is a marina and airport nearby and there are a few tours to choose from.

All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Max occupancy at all times is 4 violation will result in removal without refund. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections. May have outdoor front door camera)
Max 2 Dogs are allowed but must sign pet addendum
