Modern 4 bedroom cottage with 3-piece bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable family room with dining area, which leads out to the back sunroom with an inviting lounge and an additional dining area to take in the impressive view of the woods! Kitchen has everything that you need to create your favourite dishes: cookware, utensils and small appliances.
Unwind in the backyard amidst the trees! Enjoy reading your favourite book or take a nap on the “lover’s bench.” Relax with family or friends on the incredibly spacious front deck, which boasts a new propane BBQ. Grill up some steaks and when the sun sets, gather around the fire pit for s’mores.

All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Max occupancy at all times is 5 violation will result in removal without refund. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections)
Max 1 well behaved dog is allowed but must sign pet addendum
Entering woods behind this cottage is prohibited due to it being private property AND gathering of firewood from woods is Strictly prohibited
Parking is limited to 2 vehicles.
